Appraisal Training and development needs are identified through formal appraisals throughout the year. This can lead to training on the job or via in-house or external courses carried out by qualified personnel. We encourage everyone to have an ongoing personal development plan to help them achieve their full potential. Induction To ensure that people fit into the company and their role as quickly as possible, our induction process is bespoke for each new employee. Health & Safety Training We ensure that all of our people receive all appropriate Health and Safety training, over and above that required by legislation.
We also require that all our staff obtain the appropriate CSCS card and support them to do this.
CPD Continuing Professional Development is important for everyone. We offer a range of ways to do this. We run a number of courses both internally and externally. We also work with professional bodies to ensure that our staff who are working toward accreditation or chartered status get the support and experience that they need. Insights Discovery Insights Discovery is our work styles profiling tool. The profiles are not personality or competency tests; they are a way of assessing work types and provide an opportunity to increase your self awareness and your awareness of the impact of your work style. They also provide the opportunity to co-create relationships with key people in your working life by providing a conversation ‘starting point’.
